Tapas Accupressure Technique (TAT)

Are you looking to resolve a memory, a trauma, or an unpleasant experience that causes you to react in your present day life?  Would you like it to be gentle, tear-free and calming experience?  Then you definitely want to learn about the Tapas Acupressure Technique, otherwise know as T.A.T.

TAT is a gentle healing process developed by Tapas Fleming, an acupuncturist, from Redondo Beach, CA. It is a simple technique and encourages one to be present. It is a gentle, no-tears-necessary way of dealing with past hurts, traumas and unpleasant feelings. It helps to restore a person back to a calm and clear state of mind and body.

Tapas Acupressure Technique has been available as a healing technique since 1993. TAT uses a light placement of your own hands (called a pose) on certain acupressure points around the face and head. A series of steps allow for relaxation and release of those things that have kept us from joyful living. It is AMAZING how well it works – even on decades-old trauma.  Some people teach themselves TAT and others have a Certified TAT Professional introduce the process of TAT. Having someone be present as you do TAT can be supportive.  Although the process is simple, there are nuances and options that a seasoned guide can reveal to make your TAT session as rich as possible. Two people coming together for TAT invites both humor and creativity to enhance the beauty of healing.

Tapas Acupressure Technique is a wonderful alternative healing therapy without side effects* and offers a peaceful return to our true nature, that of love and grace.  After a TAT session, a person usually feels lighter and relaxed. Insight and clarity often arise and are welcome bonuses to the process.

I embrace healing ways that are gentle, relaxing and without side effects! People are using TAT for dissolving stressful thoughts, clearing emotion of the past, and gaining clarity about a current situation. As a trained TAT Professional, I can assist you in learning how the steps of TAT work. It would be my honor to be present as you experience TAT!  Sessions can be done in person or by phone or Skype. The usual time for a session is one hour though the first time might take longer as you get familiar with the process.

If you would like to get additional information for doing self work, Tapas’ free TAT download and video clips are available at www.tatlife.com.  Your questions are always welcome.  You can use this form to contact me.

* Note:  TAT does have one side effect – it can cloud the memory of the experience.  This means that if you are to testify in any court matter and must have full access to your memories in order to testify, using TAT is not recommended because it is THAT effective!
